abstract The present disclosure provides an interference beam splitting element packaging device. The interference beam splitting element packaging device includes an interference beam splitting element for penetrating light of a predetermined wavelength range, a photosensitive unit, and a light transmitting structure. The light transmissive structure comprises a light transmissive columnar structure and a light absorbing layer surrounding the light transmissive columnar structure and absorbing light of the predetermined wavelength range. The interference beam splitting element, the light transmitting columnar structure and the photosensitive unit are arranged in alignment along the extending direction of the light transmitting columnar structure, and when incident light is incident, are received by the photosensitive unit through the interference beam splitting element and the light transmitting columnar structure.
