The present invention provides a photocurable composition containing a polyurethane having a polyoxyalkylene polyol as a skeleton and having a (meth) acrylfluorenyl group at a terminal with a weight average molecular weight of 10,000 to 300,000. (A), a (meth) acrylate (B) having a hydroxyl group, other photopolymerizable monomers (C), and a photopolymerization initiator (D), and the acid value is 0 to 5 mgKOH / g. The photocurable composition is cured to form an optical adhesive sheet, and the optical adhesive sheet is bonded to a conductive layer of a transparent conductive film to obtain a transparent conductive film laminate. |
