Protein crude extract isolated from non-human connective tissue and method and use thereof |
abstract |
The invention relates to a crude protein extract from non-human connective tissue, a preparation method and an application thereof, and particularly to introducing a DNA construct including SEQ ID NO: 4 or SEQ ID NO: 5 into a DNA construct. Rat embryos, which are transplanted into female mice of the same strain to develop into rats, and the crude extracts of proteins containing the target amino acid sequence are isolated from the connective tissue of adult rats, wherein the target amino acid sequence is selected from (i ) Has at least 91% similarity with SEQ ID NO: 1 and SEQ ID NO: 3, (ii) at least 93% similarity with SEQ ID NO: 2 and SEQ ID NO: 3 or (iii) with SEQ ID NO: 1 has at least 91% similarity, 93% similarity to SEQ ID NO: 2, and the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3. |
