abstract |
The present invention relates to a hardenable polysiloxane composition comprising: (A) an organic polysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups in one molecule, (B) an organic polysiloxane represented by the general formula, (C) an organic polysiloxane having at least two silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms in one molecule, (D) a phosphor, and (E) a hydrosilation reaction catalyst; a hardened product obtained by hardening the composition; And an optical semiconductor device, in which the light emitting element is sealed or coated with the hardened product of the above composition. The hardenable polysiloxane composition has excellent fluidity and hardens to form a hardened product in which the phosphor is uniformly dispersed and has a high refractive index. |
