titleOfInvention | Paint oxidase of brown rot fungus and preparation method thereof |
abstract | A laccase of brown-rot fungi is disclosed, which is generated by inducing the brown-rot fungi mycelium in an induced environment. A full-length gene of the laccase is isolated, purified and constructed into an expression vector to form a recombinant expression plasmid. The recombinant expression plasmid is further transformed into a heterogeneous expression system to produce the laccase with the full-length amino acid sequence in mass. In addition, a method of producing the laccase of the brown-rot fungi is further disclosed, in which the recombinant expression plasmid in the heterogeneous expression system is employed to produce the laccase in mass. The resulted laccase is a soluble protein thereby being applied in fields of paper industries, remediation of industrial wastewaters and environmental pollution, bio-decontamination and bioremediation, feed processing and so on. |
