abstract A light guiding plate and a light guiding material composition are provided. The light guiding plate includes a transparent substrate and a light guiding material layer. The thickness of the light guiding material layer is within the range of 5 &mgr; m to 50 &mgr; m. The light guiding material layer is disposed on the transparent substrate. The light guiding material layer includes a light guiding ink. When the thickness of the light guiding ink is 500 &mgr; m, the light transmittance of the light guiding ink is more than 95% for a visible light.
