abstract | Present invention relates to a cell purification and isolation device and method for isolating cells by using the same. The device comprises a first shell, which has a first pipe; a lamination structure, which combines with the first shell to form an internal space; a second shell, which has a second pipe; and a filter, which is provided between the lamination structure and the second shell. The method is to inject sample into the cell purification and isolation device through the first pipe. After passing through the filter, the sample is flowed out from the cell purification and isolation device through the second pipe. Then, the residue of the sample is drawing from the internal space of the device through the first pipe to obtain the desired cell suspension. |
