abstract The present invention relates to self-cleaning, heat-insulating films, comprising: (a) a glass fiber layer; (b) at least one of fluorocarbon resin layers; and (c) a surface coating layer containing (c-1) at least one of heat-insulating layers and at least one of self-cleaning layers, wherein the heat-insulating layers contain aerogels and the self-cleaning layers contain photocatalysts and redox agents. The invention further relates to a process for the preparation of self-cleaning, heat-insulating films.
