abstract The invention relates to a Raman detecting system. The Raman detecting system includes a projecting module, a scattering substrate and a receiving module. The projecting module is used for projecting a beam of light to the scattering substrate. The scattering substrate is used for scattering the beam of light from the projecting module. The receiving module is used for collecting the beam of light scattered by the scattering substrate thereby showing a raman spectrum chart. The scattering substrate includes a carbon nanotube composite film. The carbon nanotube composite film includes a plurality of carbon nanotubes. The carbon nanotubes are parallel to each other and are parallel to a surface of the carbon nanotube composite film. The invention also relates to a method for detecting a exploder by the Raman detecting system.
