Disclosed is a grease composition having excellent antirust property. Also disclosed is a bearing using such a grease composition. Specifically disclosed is a grease composition containing a base oil, a diurea thickening agent represented by the formula (1) below, a surface active agent, a succinic acid derivative, a metal sulfonate and a benzotriazole compound.
