titleOfInvention Flexible solar cell with high photoelectric conversion efficiency and preparation method thereof
abstract The disclosure is a flexible solar cell with high power conversion efficiency and the manufacturing method. The cell mainly comprises a substrate; a first ZnO transparent conductive film; a crystal-embedded P type semiconductor layer; a first microcrystal-embedded i-type semiconductor layer; a second microcrystal-embedded first N type semiconductor layer; a nanocrystal-embedded second N type semiconductor layer and a second ZnO transparent conductive film. It is consisted of nanocrystal silicon which reduce degradation and microcrystal silicon which increase electron mobility, which improves the conversion efficiency of solar cell.
