abstract | method for coating a crystal is disclosed. The method comprises the following steps. First of all, a crystal immersed in an nitrate solution is placed in a furnace to heat to a boiling temperature of the nitrate solution for a first period so that nitride oxide and H2O of the nitrate solution are evaporated. The crystal in the furnace is then heated to a temperature under about 1750 DEG C for a second period so that the metal ions on the surface of the crystal can diffuse into the crystal. |
