| abstract | The invented socket for electronic parts is provided with the contact sheet disposed on the wiring substrate, and the plate sheet disposed between the contact sheet and the electronic component. The contact sheet is provided with the followings: the plate-shaped elastomer, which can be elastically deformed and has insulation property; plural conduction members, which have conduction characteristics and are buried in the elastomer to expose the terminal part from both faces of the elastomer for electrically connecting the wiring substrate and the plate sheet; and the electrode portion disposed on the plate sheet for mutually conducting both faces of the insulating sheet. The electrode portion on one side face of the plate sheet contacts and electrically connects with the terminal of the electronic component. The electrode portion on the other side face contacts and electrically connects with the electronic component, so as to make the electronic component connect with the wiring substrate. |
