titleOfInvention | Novel Chryseobacterium formosense and its preparation and application |
abstract | This invention is related to one kind of novel strain, which is isolated to be purified and cultivated, named as Chryseobacterium formosense CC-H3-2. It has been passed through an activity test of a solid cultivating, sieving medium to obtain that this bacterium itself has four kinds of functional activity on decomposing protein, decomposing pectin, decomposing starch and fixing nitrogen. Utilize 16S rRNA gene sequence, gene hybrid, composition analysis of fatty acid methyl ester of entire cell hydrolyte and analysis of its phenotype property to analyze this bacterium, which verifies that said strain is safe and does not belongs to known pathogenic bacteria. By analyzing its enzyme activity and characteristic of carbon source utilization and verified efficacy of the field test, it can be applied on developing and utilizing preparation of microorganism fertilizer and treatment for organic waste. |
