titleOfInvention | Two-sided viewable plasma display panel |
abstract | A two-sided viewable plasma display panel is disclosed in this invention, which includes two parallel visual screens and a discharge structure located between the fluorescence screens. The two visual screens have an identical structure, and each of them includes a transparent substrate with a plurality of transparent electrodes, a transparent dielectric layer and a protection layer formed on a surface of the substrate. The discharge structure includes an opaque insulating substrate with a plurality of addressing electrodes, an opaque insulating layer, a plurality of barrier walls and fluorescence layers formed respectively on both surfaces of the insulating substrate facing the two screens. In addition, the plasma display panel includes an interconnection of the electrodes to achieve simultaneous display at the two screens. The plasma display panel can make its space exploited adequately to display and exhibits merits of simple structure and low cost, and can be utilized as traffic signal board, large-scale spectacle display and surround cinema and so on. |
