titleOfInvention Dielectric ceramic composition
abstract A dielectric ceramic composition is disclosed, which comprises a substrate and a glass additive, the substrate is composed by xBaO.yTiO2 and is 100 parts by weight, in which 3.8 <= y/x <= 4.8. The glass additive includes either of a first component and a second component. The first component includes 1.0-3.8 parts by weight of boron oxide, 0.4-1.8 parts by weight of silicon oxide, 1.2-3.8 parts by weight of zinc oxide, 1.0-3.5 parts by weight of lithium oxide, 0.5-1.8 parts by weight of lanthanum oxide and 0.3-3.5 parts by weight of copper oxide. The second component includes 3.3-3.8 parts by weight of boron oxide, 2.3-2.8 parts by weight of silicon oxide, 3.8-4.3 parts by weight of zinc oxide and 0.8-2.3 parts by weight of bismuth oxide.
