abstract This invention relates to a manufacturing method of micro lens mold. It comprises the following procedures: firstly, it forms a thick film on a substrate. Further, it patterns the thickfilm to form microtubes. Furthermore, it fills thermosetting adhesive into the microtubes. Afterwards, it rotates the substrate so that the adhesive inside the microtubes exhibit an arc-like shape. Moreover, it resembles a micro lens by virtue of the surface tension of the material. Subsequently, it rotates the substrate, after rotating by means of surface tension and adhesive force of the microtubes, it makes the liquid in the tube appear arc-shaped as micro-lens. Using light source to irradiate or heat up the thermosetting adhesive, finally, it solidifies and forms the micro lens.
