titleOfInvention | A CO sensor and the fabricating method of the same |
abstract | A CO sensor and the fabricating method thereof are both disclosed. The CO sensor of the present invention comprises: a substrate, two electrodes formed on the surface of the substrate; and a CoOOH layer which partially covering the two electrodes. Besides, The fabrication method of the CO sensor of the present invention includes the following steps: (a) providing a CoOOH powder; (b) mixing the CoOOH powder and a binder to form a paste, wherein the amount of the binder ranges from 0% to 5%; and (c) coating the paste on two electrodes. Through the fabricating method illustrated above a CO-sensor with low working temperature, high sensitivity, good selectivity, short response time (T90), and high stability can be made. |
