abstract The invention includes a copper sheet resistance rotary wheel and a magneto-control resistor. The copper resistance rotary wheel is set in the center of cave slot of magneto-control resistor, using the cutting area sizes change between the magneto-control resistor and the copper sheet resistance rotary wheel, the magnetism resistance is changed thereby to adjust the rotary speed and generate brake effect. AC power generated by resistance rotary wheel may automatically supply the internal electric power for agency structure and operation panel instrument without leading in external electric sources to reduce the volume, boost the output, lower cost, and increase the economic benefits significantly.
