A method of producing a liquid extract and/or a press juice characterized by comprising feeding a food to be extracted and/or pressed into a mill, adding a solvent into the mill immediately after finely milling and/or simultaneously with finely milling, thus extracting and/or pressing useful food component(s) into the solvent, and then removing the extraction residue and/or the pressing residue by using a continuous solid/liquid separator to thereby continuously carry out solid/liquid separation. |
