titleOfInvention Method of producing nano-structure and nano-structure manufactured by the same
abstract This invention provides a method of producing nano-structure and nano-structure manufactured by the same, and the method is to utilize a kind of operation platform with a micro-probe and an opposite substrate. When a distance between the micro-probe and a surface of the substrate is near nanoscale, jump-to-contact and adhesion phenomenon occur between the micro-probe and the substrate due to influence of intermolecular force and surface force. The adhesion phenomenon further results in migration of atoms of the micro-probe and the surface of the substrate. When separating the micro-probe and the substrate, a nano-structure is produced between the micro-probe and the surface of the substrate. If necessary, a micro-pipet can be substituted for the micro-probe.
