abstract A system and its method are disclosed for transmitting information to a mobile device by the TCP protocol. The system connects an information server, a transmitting server, a wireless net, and a mobile device through a network. The mobile device uses a TCP connection via the wireless net and the transmitting server. When new information is transmitted to the information server, the transmitting server can immediately transmit the new information to the mobile device. The advantage of the invention is using the network channel of the TCP connection to transmit information to the mobile device.
