abstract | This invention provides a method for preparation of aromatic polyamide by utilizing high temperature polymerization and low temperature polymerization. React aromatic diacid and aromatic diamine at high temperatures of 90 DEG C to 170 DEG C, and the polyamide oligomer with its two ends as amino groups can be obtained. And then polymerize such polyamide oligomer with two amino ends and a small amount of aromatic di-acyl acid halogen (less than 30 wt% of former technology) and the aromatic polyamide with high molecular weight can be obtained. By using the method of this invention, the usage quantity of aromatic di-acyl acid halogen can be substantially decreased. Therefore the usage quantity of toxic compounds containing chloride like chloride (Cl2) or SOCl2 can be avoided and the influence on environment can be reduced. And the aromatic polyamide with stable high molecular weight can still be obtained. |
