titleOfInvention Image display device
abstract The present invention provides an image display device by which an adequately satisfactory image can be provided despite the displacement of a crystalline lens from the center of an eyepiece, which occurs when an eyeball moves, and despite chromatic aberration at the time. A Korenick face with a Korenick constant K < 0 is formed on one face of each convex lens (L21, L22) located near the pupil H of an eyeball, which is large in the deflection angle of a luminous flux. On the other hand, a stuck lens (L23 and L24) in which different glass materials are combined together in order to correct chromatic aberration is provided. The stuck lens is composed of at least two lenses. The stuck part of the stuck lens has a concave face on the pupil side. In terms of the chromatic dispersion of the stuck lens, the lens on the pupil H side is less. Thus, a convex-concave-convex shape which is highly effective for the correction of color aberration is used.
