abstract This invention is related to a manufacturing method of synthesizing bicyclic thiazolidine hydantoin compound with optic activity which is related to use L (+)-cysteine, aldehydes and benzylisocyanate or its analog and add a molecule sieve additive to carry out the bicyclic reaction. Its characteristic is that the one-pot type operation by which the required bicyclic thiazolidine hydantoin compound with optic activity can be synthesized by merely proceeding in the same reaction vessel. And the operation (reaction) time, product crystallinity and purifying steps can be effectively abbreviated, and the manufacturing efficiency can be improved.
