titleOfInvention Stabilizing oral dosage form for acid-unstable drugs
abstract This invention provides a stabilizing oral dosage form for acid-unstable drugs. It comprises a solid acid-unstable drug, and a high polymer adhesive substance. The high polymer adhesive substance is 0.02 to 10% of weight of such drug. Wherein, the liquid solution of the high polymer adhesive substance has the pH value greater than 6. The acid-unstable drugs are, for example, benzimidazole (Azole) drugs. The high polymer adhesive substances are, for example, metal alginate, a copolymer of methacrylic acid butyl ester, methacrylic acid (2-dimethylaminoethyl) ester, and methyl methacrylate, metal carboxymethyl cellulose, type B gelatin, Guar Gum or Xanthan Gum.
