abstract Provided is a formulation for promoting hair growth which is mainly related to use optimum saw palmetto berry essence oil to suppress the production of the dihydrotestesterol and cooperate with optimum diphenyl hydantoin to awaken the growth of halted hair follicle cells, further cooperate with the affiliation of dimethyl sultoxide which is called for short DMSO to promote the infiltration and absorption of the skin. This invention is able to remove the reasons for causing baldheaded and make the hair follicle cells to be capable of developing normal function and growing hairs.
