titleOfInvention | Organic electroluminescent device |
abstract | An organic electroluminescent device comprises a substrate, a first electrode layer, a plurality of electron-shielding structures, at least one organic functional layer and a second electrode layer disposed over a substrate. The first electrode layer has a plurality of first electrode strips, and the electron-shielding structures are disposed between the first electrode strips respectively. The organic functional layer is covered the electron-shielding structures and the first electrode strips. The second electrode layer has a plurality of second electrode strips, and the second electrode strips are disposed on the organic functional layer. The resistance of the electron-shielding structure is smaller than that of the organic functional layer so as to conduct the electrons migrating from an organic electroluminescent device to surrounding devices. Therefore, degradations of the organic functional layer formed in the surrounding pixels can be prevented. |
