titleOfInvention Paper-made method for paper surface layers with disinfecting-activation effects
abstract A paper-made method for paper surface layers with disinfecting-activation effects is presented and shown as follows. First, the mixed material is made of nano-silver particles, far infrared nano-material particles and nano-polymer particles, and heats. Nano-polymer particles are used in the semi-dissolved state to cover nano-silver particles and far infrared nano-material particles, and next to form a semi-dissolved nano-polymer compound film. The aforementioned nano-polymer compound film is then used to cover on paper surface layers, and transmitted by the roller and pressed them by the crushed wheel to be a unity. Finally, a winding wheel is used to wind up the manufactured paper. Therefore, surface layers of the paper are possessed of nano-silver particles and far infrared nano-material particles. When this paper is employed to pack food containers, the packed food have the disinfecting-activation effects due to surface layers of paper covered by nano-silver particles and far infrared nano-material particles. The characteristics of the fast and the large manufactures can also be fulfilled.
