titleOfInvention | Layer insulation film for liquid crystal display element and liquid display element using the same |
abstract | The present invention relates to a layer insulation film for liquid crystal display element characterized in that it is obtained by hydrolyzing and condensing: (A) at least one compound selected from the group consisting of (A-1) a compound of general formula (1): RaSi(OR1)4-a, (wherein R is a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom, or an monovalent organic group, R1 is alkyl, aryl, allyl or glycidyl, and a is an integer of 1 to 2), (A-2) a compound of general formula (2): Si(OR2)4, (wherein R2 is alkyl, aryl, allyl or glycidyl), and (A-3) a compound of general formula (3): R3b(R4O)3-bSi-(R7)d-Si(OR5)3-cR6c, (wherein R3 to R6 are the same or different and are independently alkyl, aryl, allyl or glycidyl, b and c are the same or different and are an integer of 0 to 2, R7 is an oxygen atom, phenylene or a group of -(CH2)a- (wherein n is an integer of 1 to 6), and d is 0 or 1), in the presence of a catalyst to produce a hydrolyzed condensate and heating the resultant condensate. |
