abstract | The invention provides highly-secured hydantoin derivative as agents to treat hypoalbuminaemia. The invention concerns the hydantoin derivative or other pharmaceutically acceptable salt as effective medicament in the treatment of hypoalbuminaemia. The agent includes the following formula (I), wherein R1 and R2 each independently is H, alkyl or naphthene; and X and Y each independently is H, alkyl, hydroxyl or alkoxy, or X and Y together form an oxo group. Through clinical experiments, it is discovered that the invention compound would lead to a significant increase in the serum albumin of hypoalbuminaemia patients, which improves the symptom of hypoalbuminaemia. Therefore, the chemical compound is an effective medicament in the treatment of hypoalbuminaemia. |
