abstract |
A method for measuring a drug delivery system compound (DDS) is presented. The DDS compound contains a carboxy C1-4 alkyldextran polyalcohol modified with a sugar compound, and a residual group of the pharmaceutical compound bonded to the carboxy C1-4 alkyldextran polyalcohol. This invention also provides a DDS compound which contains a high molecule bonded to a residual group of a pharmaceutical compound through a spacer containing 2 to 8 amino acid that are peptide bonded. The method includes the step of measuring the hydrolyte obtained by treating the DDS compound with peptidase. |
