titleOfInvention Array-type MEMS capacitive-type microphone
abstract The present invention provides an array-type MEMS capacitive-type microphone that contains the followings: a base station capable of electrically connecting on a substrate; a capacitive-type microphone apparatus accommodated in the base station, in which the capacitive-type microphone apparatus is formed through the MEMS technique and is provided with a substrate and capacitive-type microphone unit formed in array type on the substrate; and a simulated calculation apparatus connected electrically with the capacitive-type microphone apparatus. After each capacitive-type microphone unit receives a voice source, its associated capacitance is changed and is converted into the electronic signal. The simulated calculation apparatus uses the electronic signal of the capacitive type microphone unit to perform an operation simulation so as to make the array-type MEMS capacitive microphone have high directional characteristic and high signal/noise ratio.
