titleOfInvention Highly pure oxygen ice product and the producing method thereof
abstract This invention provides a kind of healthy ice refreshments having high purity of oxygen and a soft delicate taste, and the producing method thereof. Disclosed utilizes mainly mixing high purity of oxygen, which is at low temperature resulting from the liquid state of liquid oxygen, with materials of ice product to make ice. The liquid oxygen is kept at low temperature and preserved in the refrigeration tube. When making ice, the liquid oxygen is scooped directly into the utensil for materials of ice product; or the utensil loaded with materials of ice product is placed directly into the refrigeration tube filled with liquid oxygen. The liquid oxygen at liquid state can merge immediately with materials of ice product, utilizing the low temperature of high-purity oxygen to stir-fry or deep-fry the ice directly (the ice cream bar, cup ice). Therefore, high purity of oxygen is preserved in the ice product effectively, and the fresh degree of the additive natural foods is kept, reaching really healthy ice product having high purity of oxygen and soft delicate taste. Meanwhile, disclosed method provides producers a simpler and more convenient manufacture, and consumers can enjoy DIY frying ice as well.
