abstract A method for producing an integral foam shoe body includes the steps of placing an upper and an insert in a mold cavity, filling the mold cavity and a gap between the upper and the insert with a foam-able material, and closing the mold cavity and subjecting the foam-able material to expansion and molding so as to form the outsole with the insert inlaid therein. Accordingly, this invention is able reduce the manufacturing cost, improve the passing rate, and is applicable to make shoe sole with multiple colors, flexible and complicated configurations.
