abstract | The present invention provides the manufacturing method of aluminum foil for capacitor, which includes the following steps: cutting the aluminum foil into the shape of capacitor device; etching the cut portion; and the formation processing, the aluminum foil for solid state electrolytic capacitor manufactured by the invented method, solid state electrolytic capacitor using the aluminum foil, and the manufacturing method of solid state electrolytic capacitor. The invented aluminum foil for solid-state electrolytic capacitor is capable of effectively improving the capacitor characteristic of lamination-type aluminum solid-state electrolytic capacitor such as leakage current of self-cut portion and is capable of really and highly efficiently performing bonding of anode portion so as to increase the productivity of lamination-type aluminum solid-state electrolytic capacitor. |
