A thermoplastic resin comprises 10 to 98% by mass of a graft polymer (1A) containing a rubbery polymer (1G) having 50% by mass or less of a diene unit, 2 to 50% by mass of a hydroxy group-containing acrylic copolymer (1B), and 0 to 80% by mass of other thermoplastic resins (1F), said rubbery polymer (1G) being at least one selected from the group consisting of a diene rubber, a polyorganosiloxane rubber and an olefinic rubber. Furthermore, a graft copolymer is obtained by grafting a (meth) acrylate-based rubbery polymer (2G), bulked by an acid group-containing copolymer latex (2K), with a vinyl polymer, said (meth) acrylate-based rubbery polymer having two or more multifunctional monomeric units. |
