abstract | The present invention relates to an epoxy resin composition comprising elements (a), (b) and (c), (a) an epoxy resin, (b) an anionic polymerization initiator, and (c) a proton donor, wherein the elements (c) is an amount of 1 to 30 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the element (a), and the element (a) is a liquid and can homogeneously dissolved in elements (b) and (c). The epoxy resin composition has a reduced elevation of initial viscosity and a long injection-possible period and are curable in a short period of time. Therefore, a fiber reinforced material with high Vf and excellent mechanical properties such as elastic modulus and strength can be produced at good productivity by using an epoxy resin composition according to the present invention. Moreover, the present invention relates to a process for producing a fiber reinforced composite material, comprising injecting a heat-curable resin composition, satisfying the following conditions, into a reinforced fiber substrate disposed in a mold maintained at a specific temperature Tm between 60 and 180 DEG C, ti <= 10 ... (7); tm <= 60 ... (8); 1 < tm/ti <= 6.0 ...
