abstract |
A polishing pad using a polyurethane composition comprising a polyurethane and solid-core beads dispersed in the polyurethane, wherein the polyurethane is finely cellular polyurethane foam containing fine cells and a modulus of elasticity of the polyurethane composition measured by dynamic modulus of elasticity measuring instrument at 40 DEG C is 270 MPa or more, is excellent planarity. And a polishing pad using a polyurethane composition comprising a polyurethane and solid-core beads dispersed in the polyurethane, wherein the solid-core beads have swelling or soluble characteristics for hydrophilic medium, is compatible planarity and uniformity and is capable of reducing scratches. |
