titleOfInvention Method and equipment for PU recovery
abstract A method and equipment for PU recovery is to obviate the problem of poor PU recovery effect. The solution of the present invention comprises the following steps: step 1: calculating material for recovery proportionally; step 2: mixing material for recovery with formulated polyols; step 3: remaining the above mixture stationary; step 4: mixing prepolymer with the above mixture; step 5: pouring. In addition, an air compressor should be provided at the back of the prepolymer and formulated polyols material barrel of two liquid PU pouring machines. A breakaway device is disposed on the upper and lower connectors of the prepolymer and formulated polyols material barrel. After the material barrel remains stationary for a while, the barrel can be disassembled quickly and the air compressor can push the material containing material for recovery. Thus, the material for recovery can be used repeatedly in a preferred proportion and mixing effect to improve the quality of recovery product.
