abstract | This invention provides a method of high operational, output, economical environmental surface coating system to form a good lagging, adherent, corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant, dissolution-resistant and a high degree of surface hardness coating. And the micro-machine and elements have this tech to construct coating. By making the surface of the micro-machine or its elements contact to the solvent (A) contains at least one kind of high-organic resin (a) in the form of aqueous solvent or aqueous dispersion. Then in a protocol that makes it contact to a post-solvent (B) contains at least a hardener (e) to harden the organic coating which construct in above-mentioned method. And the auto-decomposed surface coating method provide heating and drying. Including the micro-machine and its elements which provide this method. |
