A low-calorie milk-containing acidic beverage having good taste and flavors and storage stability over the shelf life is disclosed, which contains milk, soybean dietary fibers, pectin, and optionally fruit and/or vegetable juice. The beverage has a pH of 3.0 to 4.0, and is not higher than 20 kcal/100 ml. The particle sizes of at least 90% of suspended particles contained in the beverage are less than 0.5 mum. |
