titleOfInvention Vapor deposition device and method for producing organic film of organic electro-luminescent (OEL) element
abstract The present invention relates to a device and a method for producing an organic film of an organic electro-luminescent (OEL) element. The device is installed in a vacuum environment for depositing an organic film on a substrate and comprises at least two crucible chambers, a mixing chamber separately communicating with the crucible chambers, and a nozzle having a plurality of through holes and one end of which being communicating with the mixing chamber and the other end being installed in a direction corresponding to the substrate. Thus, each crucible chamber separately is installed with a vapor deposition source for vaporizing an organic material so that the vapor flows through the through holes and uniformly deposits on the substrate to form an organic film.
