abstract | A method of fabricating organic emitting diode is described. A substrate having a plurality of thin film transistors thereon is provided, wherein each thin film transistor comprises a gate, a channel, a source and a drain. A first insulating layer is formed on the substrate covering the thin film transistors. Then a second insulating layer is formed on the first insulating layer, and an opening is formed through the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer to expose the drain. After this, an anode layer is formed covering the second insulating layer and the drain, and an emitting layer and a cathode layer are formed on the substrate sequentially. |
