abstract |
Disclosed is a moistureproof multilayered film which comprises a non-hygroscopic resin layer and formed on at least one surface thereof a vapor-deposited film of an inorganic oxide or metal. The surface of the vapor-deposited film of the composite film has a layer constitution which is bonded through an adhesive layer to another non-hygroscopic resin layer or to a vapor-deposited film of another composite film. The total number (n) of vapor-deposited films adjacent to the adhesive layer is 2 to 8, and the moistureproof multilayered film has a water vapor permeability (W; unit, g/m<2> day) satisfying the relationship W <= (1/n)x0.20 when determined under the conditions of 40 DEG C and 100% RH. Also disclosed is a process for producing a moistureproof multilayered film which comprises heating the multilayered film in a dry atmosphere having a temperature above 55 DEG C but below 140 DEG C for 10 hours or longer. |
