Novel substituted alkyltetraamine derivatives of the following formula (I), for use as a tachy kinin antagonist, is provided. wherein R1, R2, R3 may be the same or different, each containing more than one of a hydroxyl, lower alkoxyl, and/or a phenyl which may be substituted with acyloxy. The compounds and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, complex or solute compounds. The compounds of the present invention has a chemical construction different from conventional tachykinin antagonist, and are usefull as an antiinflamation agent, an anti-alergy agent, a pain relieving agent, an antiemetic agent, hypersensitive enterogenous syndrome agent, skin disease agent, angiospastic disease agent, cerebral ischernia agent, antidepressant, antianxiety agent, autoimmune disease agent, muscle relaxant, and spasmolytic. |
