| abstract |
A synthetic paper with an excellent printability comprises 50 to 80% of a synthetic paper substrate layer and 20 to 50% of a surface coating layer. The surface polarity of the synthetic paper substrate layer is modified by the polyester containing reactive functional groups to increase the adhesion of the surface coating layer. The surface coating layer is introduced with 3 to 15% of an epoxy to form a cross-linking with the reaction groups in the synthetic paper substrate layer. The synthetic paper formed of a modified synthetic paper substrate layer and a suitable surface coating layer has a good surface strength and an excellent printability. |
