abstract | This invention provides a one-time anodizing treatment for manufacturing aluminum alloy with two-color quality feel, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing an aluminum work piece; (2) performing a mechanical sanding treatment on the work piece to sand the surface of the work piece; (3) performing a mechanical polishing treatment on a predetermined portion of the work piece to polish the surface of the predetermined portion; (4) using a degreasing agent to remove greasy dirt and powdery residue on the surface of the work piece; (5) adjusting the surface gloss of the work piece through several water washing processes and a chemical polishing treatment; (6) forming an oxidized skin layer on the surface of the work piece through several water washing processes and an anode treatment; and (7) preventing further oxidation on the surface of the work piece through several water washing processes; therefore, after several water washing processes, a final product with two-colored quality feel is obtained. |
