titleOfInvention A metallic sheet for ITO sputtering mask used in TFT-LCD and method for manufacturing the same
abstract This invention relates to a metallic sheet, which is photo-etched as a mask for ITO sputtering, used in TFT-LCD. When it is too rough, it will scratch the glass, however, when too shining, the hands of the robot could not grasp it firmly and cause sliping and interruptting the automatic production line. This problem is solved by using a pair of rollers with two different surface roughness at the last step in a cold rolled line. The sheet consequently have two different surface roughness.
