titleOfInvention | Electrolysis tank and pressure control device for hydrogen production machine |
abstract | The present invention relates to an electrolysis tank and a pressure control device for a hydrogen production machine, particularly a hydrogen separation electrolysis tank formed of interleaved modulized frame and membrane, and a pressure control device installed between the electrolysis tank and the gas storage tank; the interior of the electrolysis tank formed of a modulized frame and membrane has a plurality of operation chambers; a bi-polar electrode plate is installed between the frames, and a fine screen is installed between the membranes; the fine screen, after immersed into an electrolyte solution, forms a membrane status which can insulate the permeation of gas so that the oxygen generated in the anode operation chamber and the hydrogen generated in the cathode operation chamber do not mix with each other; the pressure control device comprises a buffer tank, a first limit valve, a first pressure regulation valve, a second limit valve, and a second pressure regulation valve; a serial installation of the two sets of limit valves and pressure regulation valves enables the internal pressure of the electrolysis tank and the outside pressure in the gas storage tank to be isolated and controlled; furthermore, the pressure control device can limit the flow and adjust the pressure and increase the electrolysis pressure so that the electrolysis operation is carried out under a high pressure to reduce the formation of bubbles, and increase the electrolysis efficiency; moreover, the electrolysis needs to be carried out under a high pressure in order to achieve a separation of gas and liquid; the hydrogen and oxygen generated by electrolysis under a high pressure can be used directly without further pressurization. |
